Prosser wineries pour their sparkling wines at the Walter Clore Wine & Culinary Center, with sweet and savory bites from regional chefs, just in time to stock up for the holidays. Hosts include Vintners Village’s Evergreen Family Wines and WIT Cellars, with DavenLore Winery and Tirriddis Sparkling Wines. Tickets are $20 and include entry and four scrip; samples are bought with scrip, and more scrip is sold at the door. Only 300 tickets are available. This is a 21+ event; bring your ID.
