Slow down the pace after a hectic holiday weekend. Indulge in an evening of (casual) fine dining & craft beer in a fun, friendly group setting. Featuring an all new menu with four courses and guided pairings led by Ice Harbor’s Brewmasters.

4 Course set :
1st – Sundried Tomato Bruschetta on garlic beer bread Crostini with sliced avocado, finished with Blood Orange Balsamic glaze
2nd – Walnut & Pear Salad: candied walnut, sliced pears, lardons, pickled red onions and goat cheese on top of mixed greens with a Tangerine Hefeweizen vinaigrette.
3rd – Beef Medallions served over Garlic & Herb Mash and Delacata Squash, cloaked in a Sternwheeler Stout demi-glace
3rd – Seared Salmon served over dill Risotto and Delacata Squash, finished with Arugula Salad tossed in Lemon Pepper Vinaigrette
4th – Tres Leches Cake finished with cold foam and dusted in brown butter cookie dust
