About this event
This class is designed for the kids 3-12 years old. Filled with yoga, stories and creative games + activities. Kids will learn about Yoga, meditation, self awareness, emotional regulation and self love in a fun and exciting way. Older kids help with the littles while we all enjoy a fun yoga experience.
