Kennewick's first Nordstrom Rack has opened at the Tri-Cities Center

If you've been waiting on a Nordstrom Rack, it's here. The store opened at 9 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 5, and hundreds of shoppers turned out, many hours early. "Oh my gosh, we've been here since 7," attendee Evie said.
