- ➤ Richland officials reported power is nearly restored for 80 customers after wind caused outages that began at 6:00 a.m. and led to fallen trees & power lines near Liberty Christian School, while crews continue repairs and Wright Avenue between Pullen and Putnam Street remains closed. HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ The Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a recall of about 9,000 YCXXJ Baby Bath Seats (model YD-1958) for risk of tip-overs that could lead to drowning. Families in Richland should stop using these products and follow the manufacturer’s instructions for a refund. KONA
- ➤ The FDA warned Walmart, Target, Kroger and Albertsons that ByHeart infant formula — linked to 51 cases of infant botulism — was still sold weeks after its recall was issued on Nov. 8. Parents with the formula at home should stop using it and seek care if babies show symptoms like weak crying or poor feeding. FOX41 Yakima

- ➤ Jill Dixson of West Richland sold her late mother's home for nearly half its estimated value after unwelcome family members occupied it for over two years.
