- ➤ Tumbleweed Music Festival is returning this weekend at Amon Richland Park—its 29th anniversary event features 100 musicians playing folk, blues, and bluegrass and expects up to 50,000 fans. The festival offers food and craft vendors with a paid banquet show on Saturday from 6pm to 10:30pm and a free show on Sunday from 6pm to 10:30pm. KEPR

- ➤ Officials have recalled large brown cage-free eggs from Country Eggs LLC because they may be contaminated with Salmonella—consumers in Richland are urged to check cartons from Nagatoshi Produce, Mishuo, and Nijiya Markets and dispose of them if found. Health experts reported that three people in Washington got sick while the outbreak has affected 95 individuals overall. KFLD
