- ➤ Effective Tuesday, September 2, contractor Ellison Earthworks will begin construction on the west side of George Washington Way near the busy intersection with Aaron Drive to ease rush hour congestion and improve road safety—motorists should expect lane closures, limited on-street parking, and a permanently removed parking lane to Benham Street until the project is completed in November.
