- ➤ The Benton-Franklin Fair and Rodeo opens today at 10 a.m. and will run through Friday until 11 p.m. and Saturday until midnight—visitors can use a new temporary entrance marked by a giant inflatable cowboy and improved parking markers—and enjoy nightly events such as the Horse Heaven Round-Up Rodeo at 7 p.m. and a summer concert series at 7:45 p.m., with free Ben Franklin Transit available from six Park & Ride locations and onsite water refill stations.
