- ➤ Kennewick and Richland police along with the Tri-Cities Regional SWAT team arrested Mark Barnett and Matthew Miller for a July robbery at a Kennewick residence and seized several firearms and drugs during coordinated searches — detectives now ask the public to share any additional information. - ➤ On Wednesday morning at 4:15 a.m., Benton County deputies responded to a crash on E 3rd Ave in east Kennewick where a Honda hit jersey barriers and injured two passengers who were left behind, and after a search using thermal imaging devices they arrested the suspect driver on suspicion of DUI and vehicular assault.
