Evening Deep Stretch and Soundbowls with Christianna

About this event

This evening deep stretch practice will invite you to move slowly and intentionally through poses in order to rejuvenate and restore the body, mind, and soul. This class is geared toward our levels of yogis so different variations of poses will be offered always. You will be guided with intentional breath, meditation and offered a space of calm. I will also be playing my crystal healing soundbowls intermittently throughout class to offer extra healing as you move through poses. As always in all my offerings, they are that just an offering-- you can choose to lay in savasana or take other poses if you wish. Come as you are no experience required.
