About this event

Come enjoy a very relaxing and restorative gentle yoga practice as you sound healing. Christianna will offer intentional breathwork, meditation, and easeful gentle poses while Lisset plays her magical crystal healing sound bowls to surround you with a healing cocoon of energy. We will have some mats and props available, but feel free to bring anything that makes you comfy-- blankets pillows, you can even wear pajamas if you like! No experience necessary come as you are.
